From the application, click the File menu.

Use one of the following procedures to select a paper size:

If the Page Setup option is listed:

Click Page Setup.

In the Paper Size drop-down list, select a paper size, and then click the OK button.

Click Print to print the job.

If the Page Setup option is not listed:

Click Show Details.

In the Paper Size drop-down list, select a paper size.

Click Print to print the job.

Create a custom paper size

From the application, click the File menu.

Use one of the following procedures to create a custom paper size:

If the Page Setup option is listed:

Click Page Setup.

In the Paper Size drop-down list, select Manage Custom Sizes....
The Custom Paper Sizes dialog opens.

In the Custom Paper Sizes dialog, click the Add button .

Double-click Untitled, and then enter a name for the custom paper size.

Specify the dimensions of the paper.

The width is the short edge of the paper.
-
The length is the long edge of the paper.

Click OK to close the Custom Paper Sizes dialog, and then click OK to close the Page Setup dialog.

Click Print to print the job.

If the Page Setup option is not listed:

Click Show Details.
