Adjust printer settings to create a custom paper size
Follow these steps to create a custom paper size for your print job from an Office app in Windows.
The print setting options will vary depending on the Windows version and Office applications or app.

From the Office app, select the Print option.

Select the printer, and then click Properties, Printer Properties, or Preferences.

Click the Paper/Quality tab.

Click Custom, and then click New.

In the Name text field, type a name for the custom paper size.

In the Width and Height fields, specify the width and height of the paper.

The width is the short edge of the paper
-
The length/height is the long edge of the paper

Click Add or OK to save the custom paper size, and then click OK.
The new custom paper size will display in the Paper size field.

Click OK to close the printer settings or properties dialog box.

In the Print dialog box, click OK or Print to print the job.
Depending on your Windows version, click Apply to save the settings, and then click Print in the Print dialog box.
