Print pages on different paper
Follow these steps to adjust the print settings in Windows for printing the first or last page or selected pages in a multi-page document with different types of paper.
The print setting options will vary depending on the Windows version and Office applications or app.

From the Office app, select the Print option.

Select the printer, and then click Properties, Printer Properties, or Preferences.

Click the Paper/Quality tab.

Under Special pages, click the Print pages on different paper option, and then click Settings.
"PRINT PAGES ON DIFFERENT PAPER" OPTION
A new dialog box will open.

Modify the setting options in the Print pages on different paper or Special Pages dialog box.

Print pages on different paper:
-
In the Print pages on different paper dialog box, enter the page numbers in the text field.
TIP:To print selected pages from a document, separate each page number with a comma (1, 3, 5, for example).

Select the applicable options from the Paper source and Paper type drop-down lists, and then click OK.

Special pages:

In the Pages in document area, select either the First or Last option.

Select the applicable options from the Paper source and Paper type drop-down lists, and then click Add.

Click OK to save the settings.

NOTE:If you are printing both the first and last pages on different paper, repeat step 5 and select the options for the other page.

Click OK to close the printer settings or properties dialog box.

In the Print dialog box, click Print or OK to print the job.
Depending on your Windows version, click Apply to save the settings, and then click Print in the Print dialog box.
