HP LaserJet Pro - Print printer reports

From the Reports menu on the printer control panel, you can print several informative pages about the printer, such as a Configuration Page, or a Supplies Status Page.

NOTE:

The steps vary according to the type of control panel.

2-LINE LCD WITH KEYPAD

Find your printer type in the options listed below and then follow the steps to access the Reports menu and select a report a print.

Touchscreen control panel with white background

Follow these instructions for wireless printer models that have a white display background:

  1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe the tab at the top of the screen downward to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

  2. Scroll to and touch Reports.

  3. Scroll to and touch the report that you want to print.

    NOTE:

    To review report definitions, touch the Help icon  on the printer control panel.

Follow these steps for printers that have a touchscreen control panel with a black display background:

TOUCHSCREEN WITH BLACK BACKGROUND

  1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Setup icon  (or ).

  2. Touch Reports.

  3. Touch the name of the report that you want to print.

    NOTE:

    To review report definitions, touch the Help icon  on the printer control panel.

2-line LCD control panel

Follow these steps for printers that have a 2-line LCD control panel with physical buttons to press:

2-LINE LCD WITH KEYPAD

  1. On the printer control panel, press the OK button to display the Home screen.

  2. Scroll to the Reports menu and then press the OK button. For some models, open the Setup menu first, then Reports.

  3. Scroll to the report that you want to print, and then press the OK button to print the report.
